Our enhanced cleaning protocol has been developed in partnership with experts in health and hospitality. Here’s what we’ll be doing to keep properties clean and sanitise the space:

• We use disinfectants approved by global health agencies to help prevent the spread of COVID-19
• Each room will be cleaned following extensive cleaning checklists
• All high-touch surfaces will be sanitised, such as doorknobs, cabinets and light switches 
• We will wear protective equipment such as masks and gloves, while cleaning
• We will provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay
